We all exist in a specific space at a specific time. Ever shifting from one moment to the next, reality keeping in step. And yet, somewhere between here and there is another place that exists, too. A place we’ve passed through, over and over again, but are never able to stop in long enough for a proper look.
Because it doesn’t want us to see—where the universe forgot to fill in the details, where memory drips down the pallid walls, where the danger lies not in the unknown, but in the limitless, the in-between, the liminal.
One step forward and one step backward lead to entirely different worlds, but you can’t stay here.
